PostPiper provides an AI-powered content publishing platform that helps creators and teams generate content ideas, write engaging posts, and publish across multiple social media platforms from one centralized hub.

Our services include:

  • AI-powered content idea generation and inspiration tools
  • Content writing assistance and editing features
  • Multi-platform publishing to social media channels (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Medium, and more)
  • Content scheduling and calendar management
  • Analytics and performance tracking across platforms
  • Team collaboration and workflow management

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Connect your social media accounts through our secure OAuth integrations

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We use Supabase for secure data storage and authentication

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Create or publish content for illegal activities
  • Generate or distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to breach our security measures
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
  • Use AI-generated content to deceive or mislead audiences without proper disclosure

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using PostPiper, you consent to our data practices as described therein, including our use of Supabase for data storage and third-party platform integrations for publishing.

7. Intellectual Property

  • PostPiper retains all rights to our platform, code, and branding
  • You retain ownership of your original content and account configurations
  • You grant PostPiper a limited license to process and publish your content to connected platforms
  • You may not reverse engineer or copy our technology
  • AI-generated content suggestions are provided as assistance and do not transfer any rights to PostPiper

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. Third-party platform APIs (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.) may also affect publishing capabilities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • PostPiper is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services or social media platform API changes
  • We are not responsible for content performance or engagement metrics on external platforms

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Extended periods of inactivity
  • Abuse of platform integrations or API rate limits

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PostPiper operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
